Always test a new product before use, we recommend apply balms, salves, lotions etc to a small patch of skin on the inner arm, to check for allergic reactions. If no adverse effects, continue to use as per normal.
If you do develop unwelcome reactions to our product, stop the use of the product and make contact with us immediately.

Payment Methods: We accept EFT and Payment via Card. All transactions are secure.

Shipping Policy: Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds:
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Perishable or consumable items may have different return conditions.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.
We may, at out our own discretion, accept a return of a used product on the bases of product defect.

No Medical Claims: Our products are not FDA-approved or SAHPRA approved. unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use.
